What this covers
This policy covers the Nexora website at lab.vetrixcenter.com. The VETRIX Clinic and NexoraOCR applications have their own data agreements with each customer.
What we collect
When you request a demo, register for a trial or contact us, we store the details you type: name, business name, phone, email, product interest, business size, language, message and the page you sent it from. We also store a hashed form of your IP address and your browser type to detect abuse.
Why
To reply to you, to set up the trial you asked for, and to understand which pages bring enquiries. We do not sell or share these details.
Where it goes
Your request is stored in our database in the same infrastructure that runs our products, and a notification is sent to our team's private Telegram group so a person can reply.
Analytics
We use a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool that counts page views without identifying visitors. No advertising trackers are loaded unless we tell you first.
Cookies
One cookie remembers your language choice. Nothing else.
Demo documents
Documents you upload for a NexoraOCR demo are used only for that demo and deleted after 14 days.
Your rights
Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by messaging any contact channel on the contact page.
