The visit is written once, in four sections, and the treatment lines on it become the invoice. The vet presses Generate invoice; nobody retypes a bill.
Riel is counted in 100៛ steps. The till shows the balance, what it can actually collect, and the change — and the 30៛ difference posts to a rounding account instead of vanishing.

The money, and the first hour

Two screens that decide whether a clinic stays.

The exchange rate is the number a Cambodian clinic gets wrong most often, and setup is where most software loses the owner before day one.

The rate is read the way a person says it — 1 USD = 4,048 KHR — while the stored field names its own direction. Today's rate arrives from the National Bank of Cambodia without anyone pressing anything. An invoice can never be posted at a rate nobody set.
One press builds the whole foundation: riel and dollar books, a chart of accounts in Khmer and English, an invoice book, a cash drawer per currency, units, categories, species and breeds. Nothing that already exists is touched.

Do I need special hardware?
No. VETRIX Clinic runs in a browser on the laptops, tablets and phones your clinic already has. A normal receipt printer works.
Can my staff use it in Khmer?
Yes. Each user chooses Khmer or English. Reception can work in Khmer while the accountant works in English on the same data.
How do riel and dollars work?
Your books are kept in one currency and the other stays active. Prices are entered once and shown in both, with the National Bank of Cambodia rate synced automatically every day. Riel totals round to the step you choose.
How do reminders reach owners?
Owners link their Telegram once. Vaccination and follow-up reminders are then sent as Telegram messages in the owner's language.
What if we already have records in Excel or on paper?
We import owners, pets, products, balances and open invoices, and reconcile the result with you before go-live. Your old files stay yours.
Is our data safe, and can we export it?
Your clinic's data is isolated from every other clinic and can be exported at any time. Our backup and data policy is written on the plans page and in your agreement.
